This is a pair of 28mm wheels with Double Purple Compound Foam Tires from Jaco Racing Products. Jaco uses only the highest quality foam sheets from around the world to produce their tires. They always incorporate the "freshest" rubber in their tires to ensure quality and performance. They do not buy "donuts" from other manufacturers since they laminate, cut, true and grade the foam in house with total control over the production process.
