 This is an optional KDE Direct 550 Middle Frame Mounting Block, and is intended for use with the 550 V1 and V2 series helicopters. This is a direct replacement for the stock Align part AGNH55019. This Middle Frame Mounting Block design provides a significant increase in frame-stiffness and crash-protection for the carbon frames of the helicopter, and is a direct bolt-in upgrade for the ALIGN TREX 550 series helicopters. Incorporating a lightweight and FEA optimized, X-beam design; the new upgrade provides the highest strength-to-weight ratio available for the added benefits in flight performance and can be installed in a matter of minutes.
