JOHANN D FORTALEZA,

did you try resetting the center point with the sub-trim adjustment on your radio ? everytime you replace a servo, its normal to have to redo your center alignment. you cant just throw a servo in and expect it to fit into your horn alighnment. this servo should work fine.

Hitec HS-985MG Ultra Torque HD Metal Gear Servo S/JR/Z
I have been running this servo as brake/throttle in my XB808 buggy all season and have had very positive results with it. Great battery life using this and a 7955 for steering (270mah used from 1450 LiFE pack during 20 min main). Excellent servo for the price.

Hitec HS-985MG Ultra Torque HD Metal Gear Servo S/JR/Z
Bought two of these servos last summer for my losi 8 2.0,plenty of turning power and braking and i run my losi hard!! Just took the losi out for a spin the other day and after almost a year these servos still work like new. Must say I had a little trouble getting the allignment right when I first installed them but since then I havnt had any problems. I wouldnt hesitate on buying another pair, good value for price.

Hitec HS-985MG Ultra Torque HD Metal Gear Servo S/JR/Z
I bought this about a year ago to use in my Revo and it was easily capable of turning the tires even at a dead stop on carpet and is very fast. I then moved it to my Muggy and it was underpowered for steering it, but in my Hyper 7 I couldn't imagine using anything else. It's seen a lot of hard use in the past year and still works like new. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one.

Hitec HS-985MG Ultra Torque HD Metal Gear Servo S/JR/Z
Using this as a throttle/brake servo in my truggy and I love it. Seems faster than the listed speed and is ultra reliable, as all Hitec servos have been. A lot of servo for the price and I may try one as a steering servo in one of my 1/10 scale electrics. Great bang for the buck!!

Hitec HS-985MG Ultra Torque HD Metal Gear Servo S/JR/Z
The price is right for the power and speed. I am using this servo in both my and my wifes turmoil's that we race at crcrc every weekend. I haven't felt the need for anything stronger than what we are using.

Hitec HS-985MG Ultra Torque HD Metal Gear Servo S/JR/Z
Bought two of this for throttle-brake applications of my buggy and truggy due to positive reviews I read but to my dismay, this servo does not perform well. It does not return to neutral causing sustained revs. Tried to change settings but to no avail. Installed the other unit and found the same issue. I am trashing both of em...what a waste of cash!
