This is the E-flite Ultra-Micro UMX Beast Bind-N-Fly 3D Airplane. The UMX Beast 3D is a refreshing experience in all-out 3D flight capability and satisfaction from an amazing aircraft that doesn’t need any more space than a small park, yard or indoor gym to be enjoyed. Enhanced with the AS3X System, the UMX Beast 3D is specifically set with an aft CG and large control surface deflections for maximum maneuverability. However, instead of handling that feels super-sensitive, the UMX Beast 3D, with the AS3X System, flies ultra smooth, even in conditions considered windy. Plus, you get locked-in precision and the outstanding control authority necessary to perform 3D more confidently.

Designed by aerobatic world champion Quique Somenzini, this authentic UMX re-creation of the full-scale Beast delivers precision aerobatic and 3D excitement with the kind of stability and authority more in common with aircraft many times its actual size. Plus, you get all the benefits without having to spend a lot of time programming. No mixing is required – just add your Li-Po battery, bind to a basic DSM2™/DSMX airplane transmitter setup, and the UMX Beast 3D will instantly offer you an amazing flight experience!

E-flite Ultra-Micro UMX Beast 3D Bind-N-Fly Airplane
My brother and I bought 2 from my local hobby shop after visiting it for the first time(sorry A main)(local shop 70 miles from me though:( have to throw some bussiness localy:) anyways, we took them on the maiden flight in my yard(1 1/2 acre) field with trees, on all sides. They both flew exactly as advertised! A couple clicks of trim on elevator and that's it on both of em. I am old fashioned in the thought of bigger flies better, this was true up till now, blown away by the performance of theses micro wonders. Have bought but not flown yet the MIG 15, can't wait to try. And will try carbon cub when in stock. I have found nothing wrong with beast thus far, other the the battery compartment a little cramp but manageable. I like and give two thumbs up!

E-flite Ultra-Micro UMX Beast 3D Bind-N-Fly Airplane
This airplane is bad a*s, took it on it's maiden flight today at the park and boy did it perform. I mostly fly helis but this is the reason why I'm getting into fixed wing, the satisfaction of a perfect landing feels like when I first learned how to hover. If you're thinking about getting the Beast, do it, you wont regret it. The AS3X system makes this plane almost fly itself, well not really but it's super stable.

This is my first plane, flown it twice without crashing. I got disoriented and turned the wrong way one time sending it towards the ground fast but pulled back hard, it practically stopped on a dime and did a quick flip, was able to save it. very stable in the wind, does a lot of cool aerobatics, easy to land, very happy with it.

No matter what you fly, gas, electric, nitro, sailplane....you have to get a Beast. They are just plain fun. Fast or slow, 3D or putting around, you can't beat this little plane. Yes, it really is that good. I have the original and after two years of flying it, it's still a favorite. And yes I fly them all, big, small, foamie, balsa, fiberglass, electric and nitro.

As Jorge said : this thing is. Bad a**@s!! I've flown lots an lots of different size planes over the years, everything from ultra micros to 4 meter sailplanes. And this 3x gyro ROCKS!!! Really does make it handle like a much larger plane,, especially close to the ground . Gives one ALOT of confidence when flying 3D. By far the best flying micro out there!!!
Can hardly wait for new up coming 3x micro carbon cub. :-)
HH your killing me!!!! :-)
