This is the Pro-90H Helicopter Engine from Thunder Tiger. The Pro-90H engine develops over 3 horsepower and is packaged in a crank case that is the same dimension as all other 60- and 70-class engines. This is the engine for 3D pilots and scale fliers. The Pro-90H has tremendous mid-range torque, it can spin long rotor blades effortlessly even at very low engine rpm and very low gear ratios. The special 2-needle carburetor provides consistent idle and smooth hovering. When collective is punched, the powerful torque from the Pro-90H will catapult your helicopter away like a rocket.

The Pro-90H is designed to work with a wide range of gear ratios, from 7.8:1 to 8.5:1. This engine develops peak horsepower at 14,000 to 15,500 rpm. Choose 7.8:1 ratio to get stealthy quietness and high rotor speed for F3C flying. For 3D flying, choose any gear ratio from 8.0:1 to 8.5:1. the Pro-90H is better priced and has better fuel burn efficiency than other 90-class RC helicopter engines on the market. The Pro-90H engine is perfect for the Raptor 90, or any 90 class RC helicopter.

This engine uses short standard plug plus, similar to the O.S. range of standard glow plugs. The standard glow plug for this engine is the Thunder Tiger R2 glow plug (TTR9281). These engines will also work well with the O.S. A5 and #8 glow plugs.
