This is the YS .60SR Side Exhaust Competition Helicopter Engine. The YS60SR was developed specifically for 50 class helicopters. The increased displacement of the YS60SR produces more power, and will make your 50 fly more like a 700/90 class machine! Additionally, the YS60SR was designed to run well on 15-30% nitro content fuel without head clearance changes.

This is a good engine. I ran it on my Goblin 580 nitro, and I like it. The engine generates enough power. I put 7 gallon of fuel through it already.

YS Engines 60SR Side Exhaust Competition Helicopter Engine
Never blew up an engine til now. Piston shattered on 2nd tank of fuel. I sent engine back to OS hoping for a replacement. That was a month ago. I bought this just out of curiosity and I am not the first to have this problem. You can see that on various heli forums. Only buy this engine if you like wasting money. Otherwise I say stick to OS.
