This is the Kontronik Koby 70 LV Brushless ESC. The KOBY series is the latest generation of KONTRONIK brushless ESCs. Following the successful JAZZ series, the KOBY guarantees the highest performance with the familiar KONTRONIK reliability.
KOBY ESCs feature a powerful 3 A continuous current BEC that can easily handle peaks of up to 10 A. The output voltage of the synchronized BEC is adjustable from 5.6 V to 8 V. This allows for powerful supply of servos of the latest generation.
Easy operation of the KOBY is guaranteed by the familiar standardized KONTRONIK mode programming. Set up is nearly plug & play with most important general parameters preset in selectable glider mode, motor mode and heli mode. Of course the KOBY comes equipped with the legendary KONTRONIK sensitive RPM control. One of the innovative aspects of KOBY ESCs is their online update ability (OUF). The new KONTRONIK PROGDISC (sold separately) is not only the programming unit for ESCs; it is also the PC interface for online-updating KONTRONIK ESC software.
