 This is an Align A5 Transmitter, and is intended for use with the Align 100X and 100S helicopters. The engineers at Align have developed an awesome control method for the T-Rex 100. By connecting the 2.4GHz transmitter attachment to your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad, your iDevice is transformed into a T-Rex 100 controller, allowing a pilot to experience a completely different method of flight! To use the 2.4GHz transmitter attachment, simply install Align’s Flight app on your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad. This app is the control interface for your T-Rex 100 helicopter, and can be downloaded and installed to your iPhone through iTunes by searching for ALIGN Flight. The control interface mimics the rc controllers with two sticks that controls the helicopter’ s movements and the stick modes can be changed to one of the 3 settings. In addition, the helicopter can also be controlled through the iPhone’s motion sensors!
