 This is an optional MicroHeli CNC Silver Precision Aluminum Tail Rotor System, and is intended for use with the Align T-REX 250 and 250SE helicopters. With a total of 14 precision bearings in the Tail Rotor, this MicroHeli Tail Rotor System offers smooth and precise tail operations.
The hinged type tail pitch slider offers dual support positions on both sides with dual ball bearings to ensure precise and slop free connections. The tail pitch slider itself also is equipped with double precision bearings to ensure slop free and great smoothness. The brass sleeve in the tail pitch slider is made with a tolerance of +/- 0.001mm so that the tail pitch slider always moves accurately on the tail shaft. This will ensure absolute slop free in all three dimensions. The arms no longer use plastic ball ends to connect to the tail rotor but use two precision miniature bearings for precision control. This is a big improvement over the stock plastic ball end design which can wear out over time. All the bearings used are the smallest types of bearings on the market. Over years of selecting bearings, we can offer the smallest precision bearings decreasing weight and boosting a great look.
Overall, the MicroHeli Tail Rotor System provides a super smooth, zero slop, zero binding solution for the tail of your T-REX 250 helicopter. The Tail Rotor System come pre-assembled to ensure all components are operating properly and to make for a more pleasant assembly on the customer. It takes virtually a minute or two to assemble the tail blades. Just plug the whole system into the tail boom and you’re ready to go!
