This is a set of Black Carbon Fioroni "Turbo Twin" sliding clutch shoes. Based on the original sliding clutch principle, Fioroni has taken it one step further to produce a clutch that provides maximum and consistent power, minimal maintenance, and very long wear. The Turbo Sliding clutch uses three springs that fit into the clutch shoes and then the clutch shoes themselves are loaded inside the flanged flywheel. The result is a clutch with a large contact patch and even yet aggressive engagement. You can soften the punch for loose conditions by removing one of the three springs as a tuning option.

The new "Turbo Twin" clutch is designed to offer better performance that the original clutch shoes, particularly for heavier Truggy and Monster Truck type vehicles, as well as more adjustability compared to the standard Turbo clutch shoes. The new "Turbo Twin" clutch system now has 4 thinner shoes instead of 2 thick shoes. The four thin clutch shoes allow the 2 sets of shoes to engage at slightly different rpm's, which will lessen the heating of the clutch for heavier vehicles, and allow for a more consistent clutch setup. You can also now mix and match different shoes and springs. For example, thin white and thick black shoes can be mixed together, or you can mix and match the new Red shoes.

The "Turbo Twin" clutch shoes are available in Black, Red and White. The Black Carbon shoes grab harder for more low-end punch while the White shoes are a harder Teflon/Glass compound for smoother action and longer wear. The new Red shoes are a 50/50 mixture of Carbon and Teflon/Glass compounds, so they provide a clutch shoe that is halfway between the Black Carbon and White Telfon/Glass shoes.

Clutch system requires the Turbo Sliding Clutch flywheel.
