This is the TUNED Edition version of the Plus 21-4 motor from Novarossi. Novarossi, always working on improving their products and
staying ahead of the competition, have released the Plus 4 Buggy engine.
This new engine has been designed from a clean sheet of paper, incorporating
their usual high standards for quality and performance. During the 1/8th
scale buggy World Championship held earlier this year the companies team
drivers did extensive test work, making this already good engine even
