This is the Dynamite EZ-On clutch spring tool.
The EZ-ON Clutch Spring Tool makes clutch shoe installation and removal as quick as the twist of a wrist. It features a spindled handle for a comfortable grip and sports a cool black anodized finish. Since it works with any .12 to .27-size nitro engine, just about every nitro racer can use it.

Dynamite EZ-On Clutch Spring Tool
Great tool. Worth the extra money compared to the cheaper clutch tools. I have used the cheaper plastic tools before, but after a bit they break. I have used this tool since it's release and it shows no sign of wear. I recommend spending the money up front on this tool, instead of spending less on another, but having to buy a bunch of them after a few years.
