This is a hand assembled 5 Cell 2500mAh AA hump receiver battery pack from Stickman RC Products. Battery configuration is 3x2 with 3 batteries on bottom with 2 on top. These batteries are hand assembled and soldered (no spot welding on these batteries!), and are cycled and tested to ensure you get the best performance. The packs are double shrink wrapped for added durability. These batteries have very low internal resistance, so they can provide the most amount of current to your high torque servos without a drastic voltage drop. They are assembled using 5- 2500mAh NiMh AA cells that have No Memory, and can be charged 1,000 times.
This battery is designed to fit the stock battery box on a Team Losi 8ight or 8ight-T. These batteries will also fit some monster trucks and other RC applications where there is adequate room. They have a 4 in universal 2 wire lead which will work with all receivers. Beware the polarity when connecting to Futaba receivers.
The recommended charge rate for these batteries is a maximum of 1 amp, for maximum battery life.

NOTE: Fitting this pack into the Losi 8ight or 8ight-T battery
box will require modification to the stock foam protection pad in the
battery box. The foam will need to be trimmed along the outside edge of
the box. You will also need to make sure that the screw coming in from
the bottom of the battery box is not protruding into the battery box.
If the screw is it protruding it must be replaced with a shorter screw,
or cut down so that it will not damage the battery pack. Also note this
battery fits very tight in the box even with this modification. |
