This computerized three channel radio has an impressive list of features that are found in the EX-10 Helios, plus more! Continuous developments in computer technology have led to radio control transmitters incorporating much of this sophistication.

The new Custom Menu feature allows for the use of the functions that you are going to use. No more searching for functions that you want to use! Add, delete, prioritize the functions. The navigation of the menu is relatively easy with the use of the jog dial. The exquisiteness of the arrangement of the jog dial and the command key utilize the highest ease of use. The navigation between functions, increase and decrease of specifications are easy to understand and the simplicity is clear, yet at the same time feasible.

The new development of the multi angle stick allows for moving of the steering and throttle control stick to your preference for true comfort. Up to 40 degrees in stick movement is possible. The new development adds luxurious structure to traditional mechanical restrictions allowing for a driving experience that is not impaired.

Audible warnings can be custom set and created to differentiate from other users and to be assigned to functions. The comprehensive instruction manual leads you through initial setting up if you want to change from the factory presets, right through to incorporating every feature available.

With four speed settings, (Normal, Super HSR, Advanced HSR, Ultra HSR) all current KO receivers can be used regardless of servos being digital or analog.

New features include third channel mixing, third channel travel, channel program mixing, steering travel preset, tilt mixing, idle up and brake mixing. Ideal for 1/5th scale racers, boats, rock crawling, or any application that will demand these features.

KR-408S: KR-408S is the 2.4GHz Micro 4 channel receiver, World's smallest micro-miniature receiver for its class. This can used with the EX-5 UR, RF-901S and RF-902S (Normal mode) modules.

Large LCD with backlight: The use of the change menu system allows for customization of the menu contents to be displayed on the LCD. Assigning of which functions to be displayed in the menu and being able to be reset them. In addition, the buzzer sound and melody creation are possible. This is left up to the user to maximize the full potential of the radio.

Jog Dial = Speedy Setting: The exquisiteness of the arrangement of the jog dial and the command key utilize the highest ease of use. The navigation between functions, increase and decrease of specifications are easy to understand and the simplicity is clear, yet at the same time feasible. You will raise your voice in surprise to the good quality of the ease of use.

Data Pack (Optional): Installing the data pack (sold separately) into the radio’s multiple access port will allow the model memory of 9 to increase to a total of 25. Furthermore, if the data which was compiled with the ICS and this data pack is used, the companionship of the PC is not needed.

ICS Programming (Optional): Connecting with an external personal computer using the ICS adapter and the communication adapter, the setting data is displayed in the PC. Also, the digitalization and graphical representation of data is displayed in the PC and can be changed using a keyboard and mouse. This is a function, which changes the concept of R/C racing.
