Traxxas Revo 3.3 2008 Platinum Edition Monster Truck (Limited Edition)
Hello!
I have recieved my Revo Platinum just recently and am in love with it! The stock tires, went bald real quick, and since i was going to be racing, I bought some I-Beams for it. I also had the wing snap. So a Losi wing i had laying around was put on. Upgraded the servos, and it is just AMAZING! Nothing has broken yet but I do have RPM arms on order, the stock ones i hear go pretty quickly. I could not be more happy with my purchase and see you at the Track!

Traxxas Revo 3.3 2008 Platinum Edition Monster Truck (Limited Edition)
I have an original 3.3 Revo, "converted" to the Platinum Edition. For durability purposes, I have hopped it up with some aluminum, just the right parts. This truck is great! Little heavy for my taste and needs a little more uumph, but can hang with the big dogs. Little engine, but veeeeerry reliable. Will hold a tune time after time. I just wish Traxxas would come out with a .21 engine, that would top out this truck.

Traxxas Revo 3.3 2008 Platinum Edition Monster Truck (Limited Edition)
I have 3 of the 3.3's and all of them are all race specd. For the price of the Platinum Edition, I feel that it is worth every penny. As soon as I sell one of my 3.3's, I'm getting myself one of these bad boys. JNCBLAS

Traxxas Revo 3.3 2008 Platinum Edition Monster Truck (Limited Edition)
Serious racers spend big $$$ modifying the stock Revo 3.3. When completed, many unnecessary components are scrapped. I am glad Traxxas made this platinum edition.

Traxxas Revo 3.3 2008 Platinum Edition Monster Truck (Limited Edition)
For thr last month,I have read so much about this truck but nobody has had one in there hands?Well I have broken mine in, and have been driving the snot out of it!!!And after tricking 2 of these trucks out in the last couple of years.I can say this truck blows away all my past Revo's by far!!!All I did is lower the truck a hole on the arms, and this thing is on rails!!! This is truly like buying a factory ride, just pull it out of the box! I pulled the servo's and replaced both for one Ace 1015,the stock servo's are strong but plastic geared.Great for T/B servo. This Truck is worth the price!!!

to the guy that posted you're an idiot...so what every truck doesn't always do well..i bet you can't beat slayden or any traxxas driver with what ever you've got.congrats to TL but that means nothing about the quality of the product traxxas makes just means they didn't have a good showing...that happens to all teams

Traxxas Revo 3.3 2008 Platinum Edition Monster Truck (Limited Edition)
The price is a little tough to deal with. The car will cost around $675 or so keep in mind that if you buy the expensive Radio/Reciver it will run you anywhere b/t $200-400 bux. The starter box will run you another $150 on top of that. I converted mine to an EZ start tho'. I just swapped it from my Revo 3.3 On to the car...the handling is amazing. When you turn the wheels in either direction, it makes my Revo 3.3 look like its in slow motion. The car seems to accelerate better and handle much better overall. I love it! The car has all the upgrades that i have put on my Revo 3.3 that costs tons of dollars. I was gonna get another Revo 3.3 and then upgrade it so this works even better for me. Race fans will love this one...

Traxxas Revo 3.3 2008 Platinum Edition Monster Truck (Limited Edition)
I bought a revo about a year ago I have easly put $600 into it to make it the way I wanted it. This new revo comes with justed about ever thing I wanted to do to mine and its about $500 cheaper. So I think it a great truck.

Traxxas Revo 3.3 2008 Platinum Edition Monster Truck (Limited Edition)
it also has the center dif/ rear brake kit, offset wheels, 17mm hubs, digital servos, all the alluminum upgrades that traxxas offers, hard bodied shocks and ti-nitrate shocks with new shock pistons, all teh mods tha tyou would of done to get more steering, a bigger tank... the point is all of this stuff you would buy after getting a revo to get up this point.... if you already have a revo then you probably did all these already so its pointless but if you want to get a race ready truck out the box.. go get it.. its worth alot less than buying a revo and then upgrading it to this point

Traxxas Revo 3.3 2008 Platinum Edition Monster Truck (Limited Edition)
I wonder what they meant when they said "For a limited time only." -//- Way to pricy. Its just a revo 3.3 with a sway bar kit, resonater pipe (free with the purchase of a revo 3.3), and a different colored chassis dont spend $650. If you want a revo get the original 3.3.

Traxxas Revo 3.3 2008 Platinum Edition Monster Truck (Limited Edition)
To way to pricey, Better go online and check the specs. There is alot more in the box than what you described. You could easily spend this much and more trying to duplicate.

Traxxas Revo 3.3 2008 Platinum Edition Monster Truck (Limited Edition)
WOW... so after writing my last review...nothing but trouble. Blew the moter only a half gallon into it. Split the con rod right in half the LONG way! So, upgrade to bigger motor is in the works. -//- Love this truck. Unfortunately for me, I live in Japan. So I can't run the traxxas fuel through it. I had to buy some no name Japanese glow fuel, and it's fouling my plugs like crazy. BUT, buddy of mine found a local track, and a guy with 33% Traxxas fuel. So my first time on ANY track, I took first place in MT class with it.

I like the 3.3 for bashing, but it really isn't up to par with most racing engines. When it gets super humid out here it rarely stays tuned for very long. Low Speed needle adjustments are impossible to maintain a good tune. Constantly re-tuning and re-tuning for just one good run! Tends to lean itself out High Speed too. Have to start out fairly rich in order to keep it running for a full bash session.

Design is nice, very ergonimical. Awesome handling for a MT.
