Mugen Seiki Racing is proud to introduce the New MBX6 1/8 Off-road Buggy. This buggy is all new from the chassis up! The MBX6 has all new design front and rear suspension components, front and rear bulkheads, all the drive train is light weight to reduce rotating mass, aluminum front pillar balls and the list goes on. The lay out for the engine, fuel tank and radio gear have been moved as close a possible to the center of the chassis to make the MBX6 as nimble as possible. Mugen Seiki Racing used its World Championship knowledge to continue to be the leader in the 1/8 off-road buggy market.

What's more, the Mugen MBX6 took 3rd place at the 2008 IFMAR World Championships on it's first outing! European Champion Renaud Savoya drove the MBX6 to a 3rd place finish after having only a few days of practice with the buggy.

Mugen Seiki MBX6 1/8 Off-Road Competition Buggy Kit (NO Wheels, Tires, Sticker Wrap)
Dylan Hutton, why don't you go review on the AE roller instead, I think Juan can stand up for himself or maybe not. You sound like a little girl.

Mugen Seiki MBX6 1/8 Off-Road Competition Buggy Kit (NO Wheels, Tires, Sticker Wrap)
This kit is a awesome kit. it is easy to hand1le and has no problems takeing the cornors fast. -//- Mate can we all stop with the driving skills, we all know the Juan is a better driver than "Zach Phillips". But i am on Juan's side of this argueement, i mean come on you can say with the mugen you have to drive it smooth on the throttle but i watch mugens race at my local track and each and every one looses anywhere between 1 - 3 seconds on just corners because they have to let it roll through a corner before they can get on power where as with the AE RC8B you don't have to wait for it to roll through a god dam corner, when i race with the mugens at my local track i seem to lap them 1 - 3 times in 7 mins, and alot of that lappings are because of the fact that they have to wait for the bloody kit to roll through the corner and by the time that they do that it is 1 - 3 seconds gone and it is also my AE gone to the next corner. And sure Meridith it might outlast an AE but god who cares. i am so sick of people judging the AE RC8B because of it's first car, for example they will say "oh yer, let's just see how many 1 hour mains you finnish" or "have you broken it yet" thats all i get from my club members that drive a F****** MUGEN and yet the funny thing is that it is them that break out of races. so before you say that the AE will break you should try it . Oh and a few last things, Zach Phillips are you sure that you didn't "Drop 3 - 4 seconds a lap" of a "HOTBODIES". but i will have to say this for the Mugen it is fast in the hands of a advanced driver and it is a pretty good kit. -//- I agree with Juan totally, this buggy is fast but a bit to twitchy -//- Mate your right i don't know how to use setup, I ONLY GOT 4th AT THE 2007 SWEDISH NATS... so if you wan't to say i don't know how to use setup why don't you tell us your best racing achievement... Also i race on a weekly basis with Renaud Savoya and i manage to only get laped 2 times over 45 mins with a AE but with the mugen MBX6 i was getting lapped 4 - 5 times and he was helping me with setup and we tried everything to get it to steer like an AE but it wouldn't so you could probably tell him that he doesn't know how to setup a buggy.

NEXT TIME THINK B4 YOU SAY THINGS -//- This buggy is good but it could use some more steering . It could also be a bit less twitchy. But it is good to see this buggy for such a cheap price. but i would rather stick to AE, Losi, Kyosho, and hyper 9

Mugen Seiki MBX6 1/8 Off-Road Competition Buggy Kit (NO Wheels, Tires, Sticker Wrap)
I have not found that with my car, i can corner on power with the mugen better than with my old mp9.

I think that wat everyone needs to realise is that it dose not matter if the world champ sets your car up, it dose not mean you will be able to drive it, some cars just dont agree with some styles of driving, its about finding the car that goes with your driving style! And what works for one person doesnt mean it will work for everyone.

Most of all dont give something a hell bad review just because you cant drive it, or had trouble finding a good set up. If the car fell apart and stuff broke by a gentle breeze blowing over it, by all means say it, but not cause you had trouble setting it up!

IMO the car is good, strong as hell, handles wicked, and jumps great! Yes the steering is not quite as good as some of the others(not alot less) but you do get used to that, and i can corner faster with it than i could with the kyosho or xray! -//- I agree with Zach! Heaps of steering, not twitchy at all, it is a great car and handles unreal! Maybe your set up is a bit off mate!?

Mugen Seiki MBX6 1/8 Off-Road Competition Buggy Kit (NO Wheels, Tires, Sticker Wrap)
I am just saying you Cannot Over Drive it! You cannot also judge who is the better driver based on words. The AE car that I came from was the first version. I am not saying the New one is not good. I would have gotten it instead of the mugen, but i had such a bad experience with the first. The mbx6 was faster out of the box compared to the Original AE, not the RC8B. It just needs a few changes to numb the car. The only way my old rc8 got through the corner is through sliding At least I am not out here showcasing by saying I won this race, and that race. Come drive with me some time and see if i roll through the Fu***** Corner. I opened my mouth to disclaim a bad review on one of the most reliable car out there. -//- Sounds like its your driving skills, I switched from associated and bumped up 3 seconds on my lap times in 2 weeks. The reason the car is twitchy is because you have to make sure there is free movement in each arm and hub with 7-5-5 or 7-7-5 diff oil. Once the plastic breaks in after about the first gallon. Work on your driving, The car dives a lot different than The AE car. The reason you are having steering issues is probably because With the AE car you can be on power most the time. Just be smooth on the throttle and let off in the corner if the rear is hooked but the there is no steering, change the front tires to something else -//- Setups and tires, Learn how to use them!!! This Is the best car Out there
