The Slash 4X4’s innovative design is like no other, and offers a combination of long-travel suspension, high ground clearance and a modern, ultra-efficient 4-wheel drive system for the traction needed to exploit the massive brushless horsepower. Just three gear meshes and a lightweight aluminum tube driveshaft are used to transfer power to all four wheels. Optimized placement of the components in the chassis yields perfect side-to-side and front-to-rear weight bias. The Slash 4x4 continues Slash's legendary toughness and simplicity of operation.
This LiPo-equipped model arrives with Low Voltage Detection activated to assure maximum battery life and prevent over-discharging. Charging care is just as important to LiPo life and performance, so a 2-Cell / 3-Cell LiPo Balance charger is also included. Just plug the battery’s balance connector into the charger and you’re on the way to another run—no programming or settings required. Every time the pack is charged, the cells are charged individually to precisely balance voltage for optimum performance, run time, and cycle life.
