Losi XXX-SCT 1/10 Scale Electric 2WD Short-Course Truck (Rolling Chassis)
Great truck. I bought their original Bind-n-Drive when it first came out. It's a very well made truck. It's a fairly light truck and very nimble. Out of the box, it's very durable and the stock setup was adequate for most conditions. The stock tires were actually very good and hooked up well in loose outdoor conditions. The motor was surprisingly strong and has great top end. Some have complained that they wear out fast, but I haven't experienced that since I only used the motor 3 times. It comes stock with alum shock bodies and CVD's, which is great. Overall, it's a high quality truck. If you are going to race, you will need to make some changes though. You can opt for the TLR tuning kit. It's pricey, but gives you everything you could possibly want to make it an elite racer. If you are on a tighter budget though you can get away with changing the front/rear a-arms, shock towers and front plate. I would also switch the VLA front/rear hubs. I run with the stock gear diff and I'm okay with it. Adjusting the shock height is a bit of pain, so I would recommend switching to threaded shock bodies. It's still a competent racer in stock form, but the upgrades really bring it alive. When I compare this SCT to my SC10, it is way way more stable and forgiving. I highly recommend it.

Losi XXX-SCT 1/10 Scale Electric 2WD Short-Course Truck (Rolling Chassis)
I bought this truck 2 months ago and I have only broken 2 parts the body mount and striped the spur gear. This truck handels great on the short cours track. It holds up great. I have a side winder with a 3800kv 4pull and I think this truck is a great truck and I think it has the best stock short cours tires.

Losi XXX-SCT 1/10 Scale Electric 2WD Short-Course Truck (Rolling Chassis)
Hey Guys.
I just ordered my XXX SCT roller and am waiting for it to be shipped. All the way to Australia!!! A coin toss decfided that this was my truck of choice over a SC10RS. Including the shipping i paid $220.00 for it. A little expensive but still cheaper than i could have purchased it here for. I will be using it for racing and am planning to drop a few big notes into it. Still torn between the 3300kv Castle SCT and Fuze SCT brushless systems but ill keep the thread updated as to what i decide and put a video on youtube of the build and it hopefully dominating the mod 2wd class at my local track. I really hope that its a good truck! If its not ill be super bummed!

Losi XXX-SCT 1/10 Scale Electric 2WD Short-Course Truck (Rolling Chassis)
Boo. Shame on you Losi/Horizon. So I noticed this week Amain had there BND xxxsct's for $169. Well today the new xxxsct roller(same as BND but no electrics) is $179 and theres no BND listed anymore. Just the roller and RTR. More money and less stuff. What a crock.

BTW the XXXSCT is a great SCT.
