Team Associated first introduced the RC10GT gas truck in 1993 and it has won every ROAR National Gas Truck Championship since the creation of the class. That’s why they say "you still can’t beat a GT!" The overwhelming success and popularity of the original GT makes for a very hard act to follow. Even the original GT’s unprecedented performance and win record can’t stop the progression of time.

The Area 51 designers have done it again by bringing you the all-new Factory Team GT2. The GT2 is the result of everything that the engineers and drivers at Team Associated have learned over the last thirteen years since racing the original GT. The new Factory Team GT2 comes with many new design features, making for a higher level of performance, better durability, and all in all, a package that is easier to maintain.

New transmission with amazingly low center of gravity. New 4.09:1 ratio produces the ultimate in torque with proven ability to transmit all the power to the ground—which makes for ground-shaking speeds not usually seen in RTRs.
Dual disc slipper clutch.

Features
  • GT2 RS RTR radio tray, fuel tank, tuned pipe and header Modular radio tray that easily removes for cleaning and maintenance, and protects the receiver against fuel spills during pit stops.

  • High traction tires front and rear with molded inserts for consistent handling and long life in all track conditions.
  • Shielded bearings throughout the truck.

The completely new design of the GT2 RS RTR makes it easy to work on and maintain—which is good for everyone from the Hobby Shop to the owner.

Team Associated RC10GT2 Race-Spec RTR 1/10 Nitro Truck
its a good beginners car but the only thing is that its very hard to keep a tune. And mine recently threw its connecting rod and ive had the stock enine for 2 years. top speed is around 30-40 mph. Do not take to a track!! i took mine to a track for the first time everything fell apart the exaughst manifold is a constant pain its comes loose all the time and the air filter fell off along with te whole pipe and manifold. So if you want a good beginners car and want to learn how to take apart an rc car here you go.
