Pro-Line Recoil M3 1/8 Buggy Tires w/Closed Cell Inserts (2)
I used these tires two weeks ago at the 1st Tx State race of the RC Pro Series in Porter, Tx at Mike's hobby shop. The track was a pretty smooth, hard packed, red clay, track with some dust and one corner blown out with real loose dirt. And the Recoils worked really well in a 5min qualifier and in the 15min B main and they still have good life left to them. They should last with no problem in a 30min A main that has high traction and blue grooved. Side bite was not to much and and plenty of forward traction in the groove with no problem!!

I've had these sitting in my workshop for a looong time...

I finally decided to throw them in my pitbox because the track has been getting harder this summer due to the drought, and you know tracks just change....

I have been using the revolver 2.0's and the AKA Impacts and I can tell you this. I would put these tires up against them any old day.

excellent traction and the tires are a little rounder in profile. they work good in the bumps and let me worry about driving, not on my tires.....

The track has been hard outdoor, but when the track got grated there was loose stuff in some corners and hardpacked dirt in other corners. this tire worked great everywhere.

I am really impressed with this tire. i thought it was made for clay tracks, but it works awesome on outdoor dirt tracks too. go figure....

the bad.... I hate gluing Pro line tires....especially on pro line rims. They never stay put..

I have been using AKA rims on the pro line tires and they stay stuck...

Lots of prep time for pro line. Flashing on the bead is a pain to cut off, but when cleaned and trimmed perfectly they glue well.

they are just so soft the rubber pulls away from the glue sometimes. Just take your timegluing these and the stock foams are awesome. A little soft but they work really good....

Between the Revolver 2.0, the caliber, and the recoil, most tracks are covered, well, some Bowties never hurt either right....

I like AKA tires so much, but man Pro Line just hook up, and have been on my buggies for a very long time. Get at least one set of these recoils and try them out on a dry track or slightly damp from hardpacked to slightly loose and loamy.....amazing design.......oh yeah they still look like new from a few hours of practice.....

Pro-Line Recoil M3 1/8 Buggy Tires w/Closed Cell Inserts (2)
I've been running these for a couple weeks at our outdoor track, and they have hooked up great in dusty/loamy conditions and even when there's a little moisture left in track as well. This past weekend it was hot, so track dried out quick after watering, and when race started was a little moisture and halfway thru race was dusty and they still did great.
