This is a pair of "Clay" Panther Bobcat 2.2" front 2WD buggy tires. These tires fit on any standard 2.2" front 2WD wheel. The new "Clay" compound is designed specifically for hard packed indoor clay tracks. The drier the track, the harder the compound of tire you should use (ie: soft when moist, med-soft when dry).
