 This is the X Factory X-60 Conversion Kit. The K-018 Conversion Kit will allow you to easily turn an AE T4 into the mid-motor X-60. The conversion kit includes everything you need, from the bolts to the body. The T4 parts fit perfectly, the transmission is super-smooth, and the end result is better than the original because it’s faster! Most new X Factory drivers see big reductions in lap times and better overall race times.
Just like the buggy, a mid-motor truck design is more balanced with less "pendulum-effect" than a rear-motor truck. It’s simple physics, and it works the same over bumps. A rear motor acts like a bucking bronco while the mid-motor X-60 stays calm and collected. The X-60 possesses the ability to carry more speed through the whoops section, drive more natural racing lines, and less point-and-shoot style driving. The mid-motor design and X Factory’s legendary 4-Gear transmission helps the truck fly better, with more control in the air.
NOTE: The RC10T4 must have a complete front end and steering assembly, with all parts intact. The transmission internals and slipper assembly must be complete, as well as the rear drive shafts, hubs, and hub carriers. Also needed from the T4 are: wheels, tires, and bearings; turnbuckles and ball studs; shocks, springs and hardware; and other misc. hardware.
