 This is the X Factory X-6² Conversion Kit. This kit will allow you to convert any version of the Team Associated
RC10B4 into a X-6². The X-6² is the most proven mid-motor buggy in the world. In 2009 the X - 6² won 9 different National Championships, and 2010 is continuing that tradition. Ellis Stafford won the U.K. National Championship in 2009 for the second year in a row and TQ’ed the European Championship. Think it's only in Europe? Mike Ciresi won the 2009 Michigan Off-Road Series with his X-6² on some of the most blown-out outdoor ‘gas tracks', and Yuichi Ajishi finished 5th at the 2009 All-Japan Championship Race. The concept of moving the motor inboard just makes sense. Tires can only offer so much traction, and with the motor hanging off the back of the chassis, there is a inherit pendulum effect in corners, causing the driver to dance on the edge of control waiting for the rear end to step out. With more concentrated mass, the X-6 Squared eliminates the pendulum effect, allowing the car to carry more corner speed and drive much more predictably. The mid-motor design also handles bumps better and is more stable in the air. Simply put, it’s easier to drive fast. The X-6² makes 2wd buggy racing fun again!
NOTE: The RC10B4 must have a complete front end and steering assembly, with all parts intact. The transmission internals and slipper assembly must be complete, as well as the rear drive shafts, hubs, and hub carriers. Also needed from the B4 are: wheels, tires, and bearings; turnbuckles and ball studs; shocks including the springs and hardware; and other misc. hardware.
