This is an optional Revolution Design Racing Products Brass Battery Stopper Block, and is intended for use with the Durango DEX210, DESC210 and DEST210 1/10 vehicles. The RDRP Brass Battery Stopper Block is designed to replace the kit's lightweight plastic block with a heavier component to help add weight where it is needed.
Depending on the motor configuration, battery pack used and also track conditions it can be beneficial to add more weight to the center of the chassis to achieve an ideal weight distribution or to simply increase the overall weight. The RDRP Brass Battery Stopper Block adds 24 grams of weight in front of the battery pack, which can be beneficial when you are running lightweight "shorty" or low capacity LiPo battery packs. This part will also help to hold the battery pack securely in place to avoid axial movement.
The block is a drop-fit solution and is easily mounted using the original chassis location holes. It has been CNC-machined from high quality brass and is laser-etched for easy identification.
