This is an optional M2C Racing Front Shock Tower Bra, and is intended for use with the Mugen MBX6 1/8 buggy. This part will increase the durability of the stock front shock tower, and help to prevent damage by re-enforcing the carbon fiber shock tower with a durable aluminum brace.

M2C Mugen MBX6 Front Shock Tower Bra
This was the second upgrade I put on my MBX6E. Just days after installing I hit a brick mailbox in my neighborhood at about 20mph. The impact bent the damper mount and cap screw that the shock caps mounts to and it scuffed up the top edge of the bra. But the shock tower was undamaged.

M2C Mugen MBX6 Front Shock Tower Bra
Don't understand this other Review. I have had this one and the fironi one, and this one is much, much better. I put it over my carbon tower and it fits perfectly, it's VERY durable and keeps my tower in perfect condition. You can set your standoffs just as tight. AAAAA+++++++++

M2C Mugen MBX6 Front Shock Tower Bra
Fits on a MBX6 ECO but the material is very thin and bends under the stress of tightening of the shock mount.

The section of material along the bottom front edge is also cut unevenly, it is thick on one side and very thin, almost non-existent on the other side.

The screws also bent and had to be replaced after very few impacts with the ground, the original screws lasted 4 race meetings (and are still fine), these ones lasted about half a meeting.

For the price of this I expected MUCH better quality, it's half the cost of a replacement (carbon) shock tower so you're better off just buying a new tower when/if the tower it wears out.

Not recommended.
