These are a great finishing touch to make a truck look awesome, but they aren't great if you actually plan on doing some bashing.
I bought these and was very disappointed in the design. Nothing clips together, you have to glue it all, and since the parts all come on trees, you have to trim off the external pieces which make ugly scrape marks on the sides. In addition, the light guards were very difficult to line up properly, and since they don't sit in any kind of groove, it's very difficult to keep the glue from seeping out and affecting the overall look. I ran an LED kit in these for a while but ultimately took it off as the stock body constantly rubs against the back of these lights and kept cutting through the wires to my LEDs. Several runs later, I found that I was missing one of the light guards as the glue had eventually given out, and not long after, I lost another guard and two of the clear lenses behind them.
So overall, great looking, but difficult to make look as good as they could due to poor assembly design, and durability and fit that doesn't hold up the RPM name.

I purchased the for my slash 4x4 which I use as a desert truck. If your patient during assembly they will come out great. I used super glue to assemble them and they will go together just fine using slight pressure from the back of the light bucket and using a bench top as a backer. the clear lens sits in a grove in the light bucket and there are small tabs on the lens grill and sits in the same grove as the lens preassemble before gluing is a must since the parts are on a tree and need trimming. a good quality sharp hobby knife works best. Using a quality electric tape to protect the wires and trimming the front of the body as necessary will prevent wire damage to the light if you choose to run them. I wouldn't recommend bashing with them installed if you plan on it just remove them before doing so. I'm also running the rear lights as well and have had to problem with them falling apart. hope this helps out.
