 This is the optional Red Aluminum Servo Saver Set for the Thunder Tiger EB4 S3 buggy and ST-1 trucks. This set is machined from 7075 aluminum and is much stronger than the stock plastic parts that come with the kit and is hard anodized in traditional Thunder Tiger Red.
NOTE: It has been found over time that the aluminum on aluminum of the servo save plate will cause small particles of aluminum to build up, and eventually the top and bottom half will seize up and the servo saver will not work correctly. The solution to this problem is to use the aluminum top pieces for right side, and use the original plastic bottom piece. That way you will have the strength of the aluminum where you need it (where the ackerman plate attaches), without causing the unit to bind up.
