This is the optional Red Aluminum Upper Suspension Plate for the Thunder Tiger EB4 S3 buggy. This piece is machined from 7075 aluminum and is much stronger than the stock plastic piece that come with the kit and is hard anodized in traditional Thunder Tiger Red.
