This is a optional ST Racing Concepts CNC Machined Aluminum Battery Strap, and is intended for use with the HPI Blitz and E-Firestorm Trucks. The aluminum battery strap holds down the battery more securely over the flexible stock plastic piece and also adds a bit of weight at the center of the truck for slightly better stability.
