This is the HPI Flux Vapor Sensorless Brushless Speed Controller. Standard issue in the updated Sprint 2 Flux kits, the Flux Vapor is a great replacement speed controller boasting many advanced features. Made for 1/10, the Flux Vapor speed control is a great option for brushed or brushless applications.
