This is an optional Team Associated T4 Carbon Chassis. This carbon chassis is well suited for applications needing a stiffer chassis platform, such as hot weather or high traction applications.

Team Associated T4 Carbon Chassis
This will NOT fit the SC10.2 or SC10.
The only chassis available for the SC10 and SC10.2 is ASC9823
Quick way to see if correct chassis look for screw mounting holes along the side of the chassis for the side bumpers. If there are none it will not work too short by about 2 inches.
Not sure why they list it as a compatible part for the SC10.2.
AE website needs to update there parts listing as it mixes both T4.2 and SC10.2 parts together.
