 This is an optional RPM Rear Bumper, and is intended for use with the Associated SC10 short course truck. The RPM Rear Bumper for the Associated SC10 2wd has been extended further rearward by almost ½” over stock bumpers, moving it into the primary impact point out back, thereby reducing the likelihood of a rear impact damaging the body. RPM also raised the top of the bumper to help protect the body when the truck flips over in a crash. Additionally, RPM SC10 2wd rear bumpers have removable mud flap mounts so mud flaps (sold separately) may be run on or off without having to modify the bumper.
The rear bumper also has mounting points for the RPM81030 Tail Light Set (sold separately). With a set of Light Canisters on an RPM SC10 2wd front bumper and a set of RPM tail lights out back, the fun doesn’t have to stop when the sun sets! The same mounting points used for the tail light sets also allow the number plate from the RPM mud flaps and number plate kit to bolt on for a perfect rear number plate, a scale detail not found on any stock short course vehicle!
