 This is a optional ManuTech Racing Lipo Plate with Pockets, and is intended for use with the Associated 12R5 pan car with a single cell SMC2000mAh 25C LiPo Battery. CNC machined brass plate that fits under the lipo battery. Weight varies some from part to part, but average is approx 100 grams. If less weight is required, simply enlarge the pre-drilled holes. Plate does raise the battery approx .050" from the bottom of the humps.
Features:
- tray is centered on frame cutouts, and will still allow the use of tape to secure everything
- tray will slide from front to back allowing for weight adjustments
- uses stock holes and hardware to secure the plate/battery in either the forward or rearward positions.
- spacing of the tabs used is standard for most car manufacturers.
Note: this plate is specifically designed for the 12R5 and the single cell SMC 4000mAh / 25C. It may work with other combinations.
