This is the EB Tuned Trinity ExTech "II" .21 Off-Road Competition Buggy Engine. The new “ExTech Nitro” Sirio based engine line is built in Italy to the highest tolerances using all the latest nitro motor technology and high tech materials.

This high end Italian built engine from Trinity, is an completely new nitro engine line for serious 1/8th off-road racing, especially for the racer that demands the best.

From the new coating for the crank developed especially for Trinity to the “square”, shorter stroke design, ceramic rear bearing, smaller crank case volume which vastly decreases fuel consumption, to the new head button squish band. Trinity and Sirio have teamed up to provide the most power, smoothest power band and best fuel management on the track today.

Features:
These are the same engines and tuning that is used by our 1/8th off-road racing team. All engines are tuned to team specs. The tuning process includes the following steps.
  • Engines are blueprinted and hand assembled to guarantee precision parts fit, longest engine life and best possible performance.
  • Carburetors are inspected for damaged o-rings, and defects. Carburetors are then Flow Bench Tested and metering valves pre-set.
  • Engines are Broken-In with 500cc of Trinity Break-In Fuel and ready to be Race Tuned.
  • After Break-In, a static compression reading is taken to insure proper Piston Sleeve fit. Engines must read 110-120psi to be with-in spec.
  • Each engine is then Dyno Tuned with Trinity 30% Platinum, ExTech 2013 pipe, and ExTech #6 Turbo plug. Dyno Tuned runs must match original baseline engine to be acceptable as a Race Prepped engine.

Great power everywhere, running the 2057 pipe and this thing screams! I have several other motors in this price range and I think this is the best all around engine I own.

Trinity ExTech "II" Pre-Run "Tuned" .21 Competition Truggy Engine (Turbo Plug)
I ran with one if these engines today, he had it in a MBX5R and i was running my MBX5R as well. I was running a Hot mods RB C6 BBT and he was getting killed out of the turns but down the stright he was reeling me in this engine has good bottom and really good mid range and just a little less top end then my CEO ninja....he still has a lot of pinch left so it has some breaking in to do and will be faster. once i see how well it holds up i may buy one. its low end is a lot like a RB S5 and its mid and top are alot like the ninja....great engine..he was only getting about 8 mins a tank tho but the engine only had right at a gallon on it and still had some breaking in to do.its a Sirio so its a great engine to start with......... all in all its prolly gonna be a lot like the Sirio S21 CL7B .21 STI Tuned and that is a GREAT engine so thats that.. ill review once again if i buy one.
