Crankcase
Thanks to small reinforcements and structural changes in several areas, the engine's crankcase is stiffer in extreme high temperature situations. This provides consistent driving characteristics throughout the whole race and allows the engine to deliver maximum power even in the hottest conditions.
Crankshaft
To further improve the top speed of the engine Orion has improved the crankshaft design. The SG type crankshaft with advanced, patented CRF technology is now even lighter allowing the engine to rev up even more!
Piston Liner
Thanks to the material used for the piston Orion has been able to tease even more power out of the engines. This material is stronger as well, ensuring incredible reliability in the toughest racing conditions.
Heat Sink
The heat sink has a unique hole configuration. Groups of smaller holes combined with milled areas provide improved heat dissipation while remaining light weight.
Better Mileage
The engine construction results in better mileage providing an advantage over the competition. You need fewer pit stops, allowing a more flexible pit strategy.
