Based off the 2011 Hot Rod Shootout PRO4 class championship VST-XL, Viper R/C extends the popular 550 class motor lineup with the VST-L series. The shorter can length (67.8mm) makes the VST-L compatible with all the popular 4WD SC trucks on the market. The lighter weight and shorter rotor design will offer improved throttle response with the smoothness that racers demand. The VST-L series motors are also covered by Viper's 180-day manufacturers warranty.
