The Balance Pro works as a stand-alone balancer/tester before charging
or simultaneously with your charger, doing it's balancing function at
the same time that your pack is being charged. It not only balances lipo packs up 22.2V (6S), it also features a digital readout of the your pack's individual cell voltages.

Common Sense RC Balance Pro - LiPo Cell Balancer and Voltage Tester
Had a couple of these for a year or so. Work great if you are not sure if a battery is charged and balancing cells. Nice to be able to balance during charging and if your battery cells like to be out of balance after use it is nice to plug in while battery cools and have it do its job before charging.

I have 2 of these , a couple of cheaper battery brands would not balance well, so by using this balancer prior to racing I gained a better balance of the cells, it identifies each cells voltage, I recommend this item even when balance charging via a balance charger.

Have been using this for a few months. It is great! Nice to be able to also read each cell's individual voltage. Highly recommend
