This is the Align RCC-4CX 2-4 Cell Li-Poly Balance Charger. This battery charger is designed for use in your home or workshop since it is powered from 120/240 volts AC. Charges batteries from 2 to 4 cells (7.4V, 11.1V, 14.8V). It uses the balance charging method where each cell is charged individually which provides maximum performance and life of the battery.
