 This is the Protoform Tornado RallyCross Body, and is intended for use with the Traxxas 1/16 Ford Fiesta and Rally family of vehicles. The popularity of RallyCross racing has grown by leaps and bounds in recent years thanks to the X-Games, Pikes Peak Hillclimb, and US RallyCross Championships. Superstar drivers like Tanner Foust, Dave Mirra and Travis Pastrana have had a chance to show off their world class driving abilities on the world stage. Here in the world of RC racing, the Traxxas has provided an excellent platform for exciting RallyCross fun.
PROTOform decided to design a bad-to-the-bone body for this unique class. The "Tornado" RallyCross body is what they dreamed up. One look and it's obvious - it has an attitude! The Tornado body is made to fit the Traxxas chassis perfectly and it can be mounted super low, while at the same time maintaining proper tire clearance. The body mount holes, as well as wing mount holes are clearly marked. This body is made to be used with the inexpensive Traxxas 7317 injection molded wing, and comes complete with window masks, decal sheet and protective film. If you want to have your RallyCross racer whip up a storm on the track and stand out in a crowd - the "Tornado" RallyCross body is the one for you!
