Get ready to cool those high voltage brushed or
brushless systems in your Kyosho Lazer ZX-5 with the new Vortex body by
Pro-Line. Designed to give your car the latest in off-road styling and
function, the Vortex was born from today’s top electric racer IFMAR
Off-Road World Champion, Ryan Cavalieri.
“We need a body that will better cool the brushless
systems we are using and looks like it is ready to compete,” says Ryan
Cavalieri. So, Ryan, along with Pro-Line’s body molding experts, set
out to create something that improved the overall performance of the
car’s electronics and the car’s performance on the track.
With 4 unique cooling features (1 on each side of
the body, 1 directly underneath the front windshield, and 1 on top of
the cab), the Vortex received it’s name. Vor-Tex 1. a whirling mass of
air, especially one in the form of a visible column or spiral, as a
tornado. This is exactly what’s created with such ventilation as the
