 This is the Estes Eggscalibur Rocket Kit. Send an egg into space with the Estes Eggscaliber. See just how high you can make this unique rocket fly without breaking the egg. With the soft yellow cushion in the clear see-through egg capsule, your little eggstronaut is set safely for the ride!
This eggcellent kit includes laser cut balsa fins, molded plastic egg holder and a colorful set of self-stick decals that allow you to personalize your egg however you like. Two colorful parachutes (one 12 inch (30 cm) and one 18 inch (46cm) will ensure a slow and gentle landing of the egg holder and main rocket. An adapter is included that allows you to launch your rocket on standard Estes engines or remove the spacer and you can use the powerful D or E engines to launch this rocket over 600 feet (183 m). The Eggscaliber is also great for science experiments!
The Eggscaliber is a Skill Level 2 kit, which requires more skills in building and painting. Building tools, finishing supplies, and launch supplies, including a 3/16 inch (5 mm) Maxi Rod, required - all sold separately. E engine launches require the use of an Estes E Launch Controller - also sold separately.
Recommended for ages 10 and up with adult supervision for those under 12 when using standard engines. Recommended for ages 18 and up with adult supervision for those under 18 when using E engines.
