 This is the Thunder Power TP-1527PS Power Supply. The TP1527PS is a powerful dual output, AC to DC switching power supply, with features that include 15V/300W or 27V/550W DC output power. This is enough power to sufficiently run one large capacity battery charger or two smaller capacity battery chargers simultaneously. Additionally, a variety of safety features have been added, including low voltage input, over-current, over-temperature and short-circuit protection.
