Outerwears Performance Truck Shroud (E Revo) (Blue)
This is an Outerwears Performance Truck Shroud, and is intended for use with the Traxxas E-Revo. These shrouds install over the chassis to help protect the electronic components from dirt and debris, and unlike lexan chassis covers, these will allow your electronics to breath! These are water repellent and feature a velcro closure allowing effortless installation and removal.

Outerwears Performance Truck Shroud (E Revo) (Blue)
This shroud does a great job keeping at bay sand, gravel, etc...Expect dust to get through from the front end as the shroud is sitting on the shocks and does not completely cover the front. I liked the fact the velcro is long enough with some spare left. No need for instructions. Just stick the velco on chassis side and you're good to go. No increase in temp was observed either as air flows through the shroud well. For its efficiency and intended use, i would give it a 5 star and more but i wont...for two reasons: First, the built quality of the stitching is just plain horrible and i spent 20 minutes carefully sealing loose threads with a lighter to prevent them getting caught or pulled off as they stick to the velcro band. For 42$ (somehow 10$ more than the Slash version...), it is not good value (and i'm being polite here because Outerwears must know that...). Second, DO NOT USE it if you have Traxxas front sway bar kit as the bar and linkages sit high above the shocks and prevent the shroud from reaching the front end velcro (i learned this the hard way...). Overall, a useful product but too expensive.
