This is an optional M2C Racing SCTE 17mm Adapter Kit. This kit is a direct bolt on upgrade that uses the stock axle pins and makes it easy to convert your SCTE to 17mm drive. The nuts are a sure lock design that helps to reduce the chance of a nut backing off, and all the parts are precision machined in the USA. This kit is an excellent option if you have been looking for an alternative to the existing "1/8 scale lite" buggy conversions, and will allow you to easily mount an 1/8 buggy wheel on your SCTE.

I trimmed dowm the hex set nut and used them on an over powered 4x4 Stampede. I used thread lock when installing the hexes and have had no problems with them. I highly recommend them. If you don't use thread lock when installing them they will fall apart, but true of all metal to metal interfaces on your truck.

I ordered these adapters to amain to put 17mm wheel hex my losi ten rally x as the wheels of stock were small. The adapters fit well, so well that to remove them again costs quite separate pin, must be strong tightening the nuts because they are easily loosened, is a good product taking intoaccount for SCTE there are not many adapters serve, I think only these are specific to the SCTE

The nuts loose to easy. I lost one, have to change to te MIP adapter, it's better.
