HobbyZone Conscendo S Bind-N-Fly Motor Glider Airplane
The Conscendo S is a GREAT beginner sailplane. And the ailerons help to make this able to be a small park flier. The SAFE system combined with AS3X stabilization makes for a very easy plane to fly and glide among the thermals. A wonderful manual comes with it. Assembly is very straight forward.
It's flight performance with my DX6 transmitter is faultless. Just follow the set up instructions in the manual. Binding is super easy as they provide a bind cable in the battery dept. Just plug the provided bind plug in there and you're all set to bind normally.
The battery compartment is on top and easily accessible. Just a press of the button and the hatch cover pops right off. The stock 2S battery can provide over an hour flight time if you can find a couple thermals. Even if just gliding around, a half hour in the air is normal.
Flying is a dream. Can fly as fast, or as slow as you want. Will thermal on a mouse belch. Will glide forever. Flies easily in winds up to 20 MPH. If you want aerobatics, just flip the switch to "experienced" mode. Rolls, loops, inverted, easily possible.
About the only caution would be to make sure you have plenty of room to land her. She loves to glide. And as such, resists landing. Especially if there is a ground effect uplift present.
