Now, there is a downside to all this cheap fun. The quality isn't so great. The foam tires are out of round and the toe angle is off. When the cars are turned to the right, they spin out. When they turn to the left, they have a massive push. I feel like the truck handles better than the buggy due to it's larger tires. The steering isn't proportional which makes them hard to drive.
ECX didn't come up with this design. Check Amazon and you'll see a few different versions. One, is a buggy with 4 painted bodies, and extra set of tires, 4 cones and a USB charger for $30. In short, I'd buy these for your kids since they won't notice how poorly they handle, but if this is for an adult, either buy one of the cheaper ones or step up to a Losi Micro T.
