Track Rules

A Main Hobbies’ race tracks were built for RC enthusiasts to enjoy their favorite hobbies in a safe and fun environment. In order to maintain an inviting and family-friendly atmosphere, the following are rules we require all racers to abide by when using our facilities (Note: Repeated violators of the following rules will be asked to leave.):

DON’T drive out of control
Although the cars and trucks operated here are small, they can be very dangerous. All drivers are expected to follow the direction of the track at all times unless otherwise instructed by a race official. Any driver found intentionally crashing into other cars or endangering spectators, officials, or other racers will be asked to leave.

DO keep your pit area clean
Each driver is responsible for keeping his/pit area clean. Trash cans are provided throughout the facility.

DON’T use foul language
Please, no cussing or swearing on the drivers’ stand or in the pit area. Drivers must not yell at the turn marshals.

DO run hard case Li-Poly batteries
Only batteries that are protected by a hard plastic case, such as those approved by ROAR, may be used.

DON’T clean tires in the restroom!
Tires must not be washed in the restrooms. Please use the provided tire cleaning bucket.

DO use an appropriate fire-safe charging bag
When charging Li-Poly batteries, an appropriate fire-safe charging bag must be used at all times.

DON’T steal
In order to prevent theft, please be aware of your equipment at all times. All thefts will be reported to local authorities and will result in immediate expulsion from A Main Hobbies’ facilities.

DO be careful on the drivers’ stand
Use caution when entering and exiting the drivers’ stand; please use the provided hand rails. Only drivers currently operating a vehicle are allowed on the drivers’ stand.

DON’T leave children unattended
A Main Hobbies strives to provide a safe and family-friendly atmosphere at all times. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times.

DO turn marshal immediately after your race
Every racer must turn marshal immediately following his or her race. If you are physically unable to turn marshal safely, please provide a replacement or speak with an A Main Hobbies representative.

DON’T use drugs or alcohol
Drugs and alcohol are not allowed on A Main Hobbies’ property at any time. Those found using drugs or alcohol will be disqualified and asked to leave immediately.
