Awful! These are so stupidly easy to over tighten and strip the nylon that you can actually do it by hand. I only ever tighten to touch but these don't have a bite point, they just skip straight to stripped. Even if you "secure" them they come loose during a race. I bought some generic ones from home Depot that are aren't as pretty but are far superior.
