The Traxxas Bandit VXL expands the Extreme Sports Buggy legacy with more power than you ever thought possible. The Velineon Brushless Power System accelerates into the stratosphere with jet-like thrust and incredible 70+mph top speed*! Traxxas Stability Management keeps it under control with arrow straight acceleration and sure-footed stopping power. The Bandit VXL is a low-slung, lightweight speed machine that's rocket fast on pavement and rips incredible roost off-road. Bandit VXL is a driver's machine that will put your skills to the test with its mind-blowing top speed and lightning quick handling response.

Traxxas Stability Management

Traxxas Stability Management (TSM) lets you experience the Bandit’s extreme power, speed, and acceleration by making it much easier to control on slippery surfaces such as loose dirt, smooth concrete, and even ice and snow. Go ahead, punch it off the line! TSM senses the vehicle’s direction and makes steering corrections to provide full throttle acceleration without fishtailing or spinouts. When cornering, TSM intuitively corrects the vehicle’s line for faster exit speeds. TSM even improves braking by keeping the buggy arrow straight until you reach a complete stop. TSM does all this without intruding on driving fun or introducing unexpected side effects. TSM can be fine-tuned (or turned off) for different surfaces by simply adjusting the multi-function knob on the TQi transmitter, or by adjusting the slider in the Traxxas Link app. Drive faster and have more fun with TSM. You may not even realize how much it is helping until you try to drive without it.

Traxxas Bandit VXL Brushless 1/10 RTR 2WD Buggy (Green)
Been out of the hobby since 2003, but used to run a T-Maxx, E-Maxx and Rustler. Started getting back into RCs and have always wanted a Bandit, so when Traxxas put the Bandit VXL on sale, I decided it was time to grab one.

First off, AMain's shipping kicks arse. Ordered on Tuesday, and had it Thursday morning, and this was with FREE shipping.

Anyhow, it came in perfect condition, with all fasteners tight...and it runs flawlessly. Zero complaints. Now I am looking at a few upgrades, but overall I am 100% happy with my experience with AMain and Traxxas.

If you are on the fence...just buy it. Also, please buy from a shop like AMain and not Amazon. We need to support these business before Amazon is the only option.

Traxxas Bandit VXL Brushless 1/10 RTR 2WD Buggy (Green)
Fast is all I can say. Couldn’t keep the front wheels on the ground when ran on pavement.
Be sure to get the correct size battery (135mm length). The 3S 25C 5000 Doesn’t fit the battery tray (155mm).

Traxxas Bandit VXL Brushless 1/10 RTR 2WD Buggy (Green)
This is a perfect 2nd car if you are just getting started into RC Cars. First car I picked up was a Slash and it was perfect but, this Bandit is something else. This car can tear through grass like no other car. I was so impressed with it I gave my Bandit the nickname "Grasshopper". Only downside is you have to be easy with it through tree roots, deep bumps in the ground, and other sudden uneven surfaces or you will flip it. But through deep grass and flat soft thin grass this car is a dart and hops around. It is also very quick on pavement but the downside the stock tires will wear out on pavement. So I would say to keep the stock tires' lifespan up is just run it in the grass and or dirt. So far nothing broke and just about to go looking for a new set of tires.

If you are on the fence about buying it definitely I have a brother and a cousin into RC and I have convinced them to get a Bandit.
